ORDERING & DELIVERIES:
The postage & packing cost is inclusive of orders over £100 for UK orders. For orders under £100 we charge a small fee of £2 for UK orders. 
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail’s Signed For service.  If you want to check the current status of your shipment, please email info@makki.co.uk and request us to track your shipment for you.
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly. If an item is in stock, we will typically dispatch your purchase within 24 hours of ordering. However, some orders may take a little longer to process, so please allow 2-4 working days. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out of stock & we will contact you if this is the case to discuss. Please note, if an item is marked 'OUT OF STOCK' it is not currently available to order. For stock enquiries please contact us at info@makki.co.uk or call us on 020 30054875.
Express Delivery:
We can offer Special Delivery in the UK.  If you require this service, please call us to make your order by telephone.  This enables us to ensure that the item(s) are in stock and that the order is dispatched as a priority.
Should you be an International Customer, please email us for postage costs.
If you wish to pay by cheque or bacs transfer rather than Credit or Debit Card at the checkout, please complete the online order indicating at the checkout how you will be paying & we will contact you. Orders will be dispatched following receipt of payment.
Packaging
Our bags arrive in a unique Black Embroidered Silk Dust Bag with the words.. 'Makki..with love'
All pieces will arrive carefully wrapped in layers of tissue paper  for that special treat or wonderful gift!

Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@makki.co.uk immediately so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.
Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items.  Please email us at info@makki.co.uk let let us know and post the item back within 7 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note. 
All returns are inspected and all goods need to be in their original condition, labels and wrapping.
